30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your Axial Designs Seat Cushion for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Our seat cushions come with a limited one-year warranty. If your cushion is defective, please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement.
How to Return a Product To return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@axialchairs.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the original packing slip and RA number.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue a refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Exceptions We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. We also do not accept returns for products that were not purchased directly from Axial Designs.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.
