- We accept returns of our seat cushions within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the seat cushion must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@axialchairs.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned seat cushion, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for any seat cushion that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is returned after the 30-day return period.
