Return Policy for The Axial Seat Cushion
Thank you for purchasing The Axial Seat Cushion. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our product. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:
- Return Window:
You may return The Axial Seat Cushion within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call us at (386) 478-4700. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item unless the product is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
